How does it work ?

Step 2 : Create a rental
- Create the detailed file of your tenants and assign one or more rentals.
Step 3 : Manage your tenants
- Send reminder letters or rent receipts in a few clicks.
What is the advantage of online management compared to an agency ?
Online rental management allows you to manage your properties yourself in an efficient and complete way. The cost is much lower than an agency and the service allows you to automate most of the tedious tasks from your computer or smartphone.
What is the advantage of online management compared to my Excel spreadsheet ?
Online rental management allows you to cross-reference data with your accounting management. Moreover, you have a secure data backup on our platform. You can export your rental management to an Excel file at any time. It is also possible to import an Excel file on the platform.
How to activate the online rental management module ?
Click on the Toolbox tab in the menu at the top of the page and then on the Rental Management button. The Online Rental Management section opens the module. Members can add and manage a tenant. Member status allows you to manage up to 3 tenants, Premium β¨ status allows unlimited management. You must add a property to see the rental management table and the dedicated functions.
How do I add a property to my rental management ?
Select the Add action in the action drop-down list and choose A property. Indicate a property name or number, select the type of property from the list: parking, garage, furniture storage, apartment, furnished studio, house, building, commercial or craft premises. Indicate the complete address of the property so that it appears on the documents. Indicate the purchase price for the calculation of your profitability. Don't forget to confirm by clicking on the Add a property button.
How to modify an existing property ?
Select the Edit action from the action drop-down list and choose A property. Indicate the expected modification : name, change the type, the address or the purchase price used for the profitability calculation. Don't forget to confirm by clicking on the Edit a property button.
I have several identical properties, is it possible to duplicate a property ?
Yes, select the Duplicate action from the action drop-down list and choose A property. Specify a new name for the new property. You can duplicate a property as many times as you want. Click on the Duplicate Property button to validate.
How do I add a tenant to my rental management ?
Select the Add action from the action drop-down list and choose A tenant. Indicate a name, first name, address and contact details of the tenant. Select the type of property from the list : parking, garage, furniture storage, apartment, furnished studio, house, building, commercial or craft premises. Indicate the name of the existing property so that the tenant is assigned to this property. Add the rental period, the amount of rent, the annual, monthly or other frequency. You can also download the signed rental contract on the platform by clicking on the Browse button in the Add a contract section. Don't forget to confirm by clicking on the Add a tenant button.
How do I change the data of an existing tenant ?
Select the Edit action from the action drop-down list and choose A rental. Indicate the expected modification: name, first name, contact information, change the type of rented property, address or rent amount. You can also download the signed rental contract on the platform by clicking on the Browse button in the Add a contract section. Don't forget to confirm by clicking on the Modify a rental button.
How do I delete or archive a tenant's data ?
To delete a tenant, select the action Delete in the action drop-down list and choose A tenant. Indicate the name of the concerned tenant then confirm by clicking on the button Delete a tenant. Warning this action is irreversible !
How to add a task to do on a property ?
Select the Add action in the action drop-down list and choose A task to do. Indicate the address of the concerned property, the description of the task and the estimated duration. Don't forget to confirm by clicking on the Add a task button.
How to modify or duplicate a task to be done on a property ?
Select the Edit action from the action drop-down list and choose A task to do. Change the address of the concerned property, the description of the task or the estimated duration. Don't forget to confirm by clicking on the button Modify a task. To duplicate a task, select the action Duplicate and then A task to do. Assign the new task to another asset and then click on the Duplicate a task button.
How to send a document to a tenant ?
From the rental management module, select an action in the section Lease, cash call, reminder, receipt. Indicate the e-mail address of the tenant to be contacted, you can edit and manage your leases, fund calls, reminders for unpaid rent, rent receipts, by selecting the action in the section Edit and send a document.
How do I import data from my rental management ?
From the rental management module, select the Import action in the action drop-down list and attach your file in Excel or CSV format. Our webmaster will take care of integrating your file into our module. As this is a manual operation, you will understand that it may take a few days to process.
How do I export or print my rental management data ?
From the rental management module, click on the export function you want: CSV, EXCEL, PDF or print. You must have at least one property registered for the dedicated functions to be active.
My data is not updated instantly ?
As many of you use this module, the rental management data is updated every night so as not to penalize the navigation on the site.
I sold a property, is it possible to remove it from the management ?
Select the Delete action from the action drop-down list and select A property. Indicate the name of the property concerned or its line number. Click on the Delete button, β be careful this action is final and irreversible. You cannot recover a deleted property.
