Browse the exchange platform to get all the information and tools you need.
ℹ Some of the content on our site is accessible to everyone, but most tips and modules are protected. Only club members have access to the member’s area. This space is a place for exchange and sharing where you can express yourself freely. Once logged in, you can benefit from the experience of others and be inspired by their investments.
ℹ Click on the Join Club button at the top of the page. Select the member status that suits you best and then make the payment on our secure platform. Complete the form by choosing your nickname, enter your e-mail address (please pay attention to the spelling), enter your phone number and click on the Join Club button. Once the payment of your membership fee has been validated, your account will be activated by an administrator.
ℹ Click on the Login button at the top right of the page. Enter your username or e-mail address and password and click on the Login button. Once logged in, you will be automatically redirected to the My Personalized Support page and the content marked with a 🔐 padlock will be automatically unlocked based on your member status.
ℹ Before the first connection to the exchange platform, you must validate your e-mail address by clicking on a link. It is possible that your mailbox may store our activation e-mail in your junk mail or spam folder. In order to prevent our e-mails from being considered undesirable, you must add our e-mail address to your address book by following this procedure. Once your email address is validated, a site administrator will manually activate your account. As a general rule, your account will be active within two hours of your membership.
ℹ The only solution is to reset your password using your email address. Click on the Login button at the top of the page. Click on the Forgotten Password link located above the Login button. Type in your username or e-mail address and click on the Retrieve button. A few minutes later, you will receive a secure link to change your password by e-mail. For security reasons, this reactivation link has a limited duration. After a few hours, you will have to redo the process from the beginning. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long with at least 1 number, 1 letter and at least 1 special character (,?;.:/!§%µ).
We remind you that your account and password are strictly personal and confidential as well as the information contained in the forum or in the private parts of the site; as well as the personal information of other members or relating to their investments. Voluntarily communicating this information to third parties for the purpose of profiting from it or hindering the activity or proper functioning of the club constitutes grounds for permanent termination of membership. Thank you for your attention and vigilance.
ℹ Login to the member’s area to unlock the site’s menu. Click on the My Account tab in the menu at the top of the page, and then click on the Manage My Account tab. You can now access and edit your personal account and forum profile information. All personal information in your account remains private, other members will not be able to contact you. CIPG does not resell any information to third parties, the data is kept for as long as necessary for the proper functioning of the service. You can find more information about this by reading our privacy policy.
ℹ You must be connected to the exchange platform to change your password. Click on the My Account tab in the menu at the top of the page, then on the Manage My Account tab. You can now access and change your password and save by clicking on the Modify button at the bottom of the form. For security reasons, your password should be considered strong. It must be at least eight characters long, no username, no whole word, a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and at least one special character (,?;.:/!§%µ).
ℹ Login to the member’s area to unlock the site’s menu. Click on the My Account tab in the menu at the top of the page, then click on the Membership Tracking tab. You can edit invoices in the Payment History section by clicking on the View Invoice button. You can print the invoice by clicking on the blue Print button. To print your invoice in PDF format, your computer must have PDF printing software.
ℹ If you receive a confirmation e-mail for a password change on your account and you are not the cause of this change, we invite you to contact us quickly in order to take action on your account. It is possible that you have responded to a fraudulent e-mail asking you to fill in your account information. As a general rule, always remember to check the address of the site on which you are being asked for this type of information. If you use the same password for your email account and your account, we recommend that you also change your email password. In any case, we recommend that you change your password regularly. The recommended frequency for changing your password is once every 3 months.
ℹ In accordance with the regulations on personal data, you have access and limitation rights on the information concerning you (name, email address, telephone number, etc…). In accordance with our general conditions of use, we remind you that we retain the right to exploit your contributions.
