Step 1: Create an account and login

Click on the Login button located in the main menu at the top of each page. On the login page, click on the Not yet registered link located just above the field to enter the login. Complete the registration form by choosing your nickname and enter your email address (be careful with spelling). You will receive an email with a link that you must click to confirm and create your password. Once your account is activated, you can choose the membership status that suits you and then make the payment on our secure platform. Once the payment of your membership fee is validated, you will have access to our entire exchange platform.

Click on the Login bouton espace membre button at the top of the page. Type in your username or email address, then your password and click on the Login button. Once logged in, you will be automatically redirected to your personalized coaching page and the contents marked with a lock are automatically unlocked according to your member status.

Before the first connection to the exchange platform, you must validate your e-mail address and create your password by clicking on a link. It is possible that your mailbox will store our activation email in your junk or spam folder. In order to prevent our emails from being considered as spam, you must add our email address to your address book by following this procedure. Once your email address has been validated and your password created, your account is active within an hour after you join.

The only solution is to reset your password using your email address. Click on the Login button at the top of the page. Click on the Forgot Password link located above the login button. Type in your username or email address and click the Retrieve button. A few minutes later, you will receive a secure link by email to change your password. For security reasons, this reactivation link has a limited time frame. After a few hours, you will have to start the process all over again. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long with at least 1 number, 1 letter and at least 1 special character (,?;.:/!§%µ).

We remind you that your account and password are strictly personal and confidential as well as the information contained on the forum or in the private parts of the site; as well as the personal information of other members or relating to their investments. Voluntarily communicating this information to third parties with the aim of profiting from it or harming the activity or the good functioning of the club constitutes a reason for definitive expulsion. Thank you for your attention and vigilance.

Login to the member area to unlock the site menu. Click on the tab displaying your username located in the main menu at the top of the page, then click on the Manage My Account tab. You can now access and edit your personal account information. All personal information in your account is kept private, other members will not be able to contact you. CIPG does not sell any information to third parties, the data is kept for as long as necessary for the proper functioning of the service. Login to the member area to unlock the site menu. Click on the tab displaying your username located in the main menu at the top of the page, then on the Manage my account tab. You can now access and change your password and save by clicking on the Edit button at the bottom of the form. For security reasons, your password should be considered strong. It must be at least eight characters long, no username, no whole word, a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and at least one special character (,?;.:/!§%µ).

The membership fee contributes to the running costs of the present website, forum, exchange platform and to future developments. The membership fees also allow us to bring in specialists (lawyers, accountants, etc...) when the community expresses a need. To find out more about our services.

Log in to the Member Area to unlock the site menu. Click on the tab with your username located in the main menu at the top of the page, then click on the My Contributions tab. You can edit the invoices with the payment history section by clicking on the View Invoice button. You can print the invoice by clicking on the blue Print button. To print a PDF of your invoice, your computer must have PDF printing software.

It is important to choose the right membership status when you sign up. We've set up a module to help you choose the right status for your personal situation. Click on the Club tab in the menu at the top of the page, then select the How It Works section in the summary. Find out more about the club.

Yes, you can upgrade your membership status and gain new access at any time. Log in to the Member Area to unlock the site menu. Click on the tab with your username in the main menu at the top of the page, then click on the My Dues tab. You will be able to renew your membership or change your status.

We do not accept payment in instalments, as this complicates our accounting management and generates significant costs. The amounts of our various contributions remain very low compared to the returns on investment obtained by our members which justifies the payment in one time.

It is possible to set up an automatic yearly subscription renewal by using the subscription function of Paypal or Stripe. You are free to end the subscription whenever you want from your Paypal or Stripe account. You can create a Paypal or Stripe account to manage this subscription yourself, in any case, we have access to the subscriptions and will be able to modify or stop them upon your request. We offer a reduction in the cost of your membership for setting up a subscription. Click on the tab showing your nickname located in the main menu at the top of the page, then click on the My Dues tab. You'll find a link to select membership status and purchase a subscription. If you have paid your membership fee without the discount, no subscription or recurring payment is set up. Otherwise, if you have taken the step to sign up for an automatic membership renewal, you are free to stop it whenever you want. Stop a subscription yourself if you have a Paypal or Stripe account, by following the Paypal procedure to cancel a recurring payment. If you don't have an account or you can't stop it, contact us to stop your subscription. You have a Stop Subscription button accessible by clicking on the tab displaying your nickname located in the main menu at the top of the page, then on the My Contributions tab.

If you receive an email confirming a password change on your account and you did not initiate the change, please contact us promptly to take action on your account. You may have responded to a fraudulent email asking you to enter your account information. As a general rule, always remember to check the address of the site where you are asked for this type of information. If you use the same password for your email account and your account, we recommend that you also change your email password. In any case, we recommend that you change your password regularly. The recommended frequency for changing your password is once every 3 months.

In accordance with the regulations on personal data, you have the right to access and limit the information concerning you (name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.). In accordance with our general terms of use, we remind you that we retain the right to use your contributions.
